I'm hoping to get into this clothes-making thing soon, and the patterns you pick are just my steeze!Lesliehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01044000624691194826noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5250977141165736668.post-86574203017830831412009-01-11T13:12:00.000-08:002009-01-11T13:12:00.000-08:00Hello Miss A.,I just came across your blog and am ...Hello Miss A.,<BR/>I just came across your blog and am already looking forward to your next project. I love this mail order pattern. Your version of it turned out beautifully. I think the mail order pattern designs of the 40's are some of the sweetest around. Thanks for sharing your sewing adventures!EBhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12483880613042860388noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5250977141165736668.post-47815541431735914092009-01-04T07:57:00.000-08:002009-01-04T07:57:00.000-08:00Thank you! Glad you like it! Have fun with all the gathering. :)Miss Amelinahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15073384914868842133noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5250977141165736668.post-46152322108279930172009-01-03T23:53:00.000-08:002009-01-03T23:53:00.000-08:00Great job! Could you please let me know what you used? Funny thing is I probably wouldn't have looked twice at either pattern but now I really think I might give that Maggy London Butterick one a try if I can find a similar fabric. It truly has a great period look and I could see either Barbara Stanwyck or Claudette Colbert in that dress.lsaspaceyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17058968076601943527noreply@blogger.com
